Our well established client based on the Gold Coast, is seeking a passionate New Graduate Speech Pathologist to join their dynamic allied health team near Varsity Lakes Salaries starting from $80,000 - $95,000 + Super Mixed ages caseload based in clinic and community settings 6 Month New Graduate Learning Program, gradual increase of caseload and weekly supervision with a Senior SP with 7+ years experience Full time and part time opportunities available - all levels of experience encouraged to apply Call Emma on 0468412*** for more infoYour Role: Undertake a comprehensive onboarding when you start, including workshadowing opportunities, with a gradual increase in your caseload You will support NDIS & private participants access quality Occupational Therapy services by; conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, facilitating therapy and writing progress notes and reports Billable target expectation: initially 10-12 a week (2-3 clients a day), gradually increasing from when you start as you build your confidence The Admin team will support you doing the service agreements, session scheduling and billing, so you can just do what you do best Why this role?
