We are seeking a passionate and capable Director of Nursing (DON) to lead a close-knit team and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents in a small aged care home in Roma, QLD.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with full operational oversight in a respected health service environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of clinical and operational performance Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards Mentor and support a team of nurses, educators, and care staff Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver strategic objectives Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and service delivery About You: Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) – mandatory Previous experience in a senior aged care leadership role Deep understanding of aged care compliance, governance, and clinical standards Strong people leadership, communication, and organisational skills Post-grad qualification in Health Management or Nursing (highly desirable)What's On Offer: Salary range: $155,831 – $163,382 p.a.
