Churches of Christ, one of Australia's most respected not-for-profit organisations, is seeking a passionate and experienced leader to take the helm of our 124-bed Oak Towers Aged Care Service in Oakleigh.

About the Role As Service Manager, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team of nurses, allied health professionals, support staff, and volunteers.
You'll foster a culture of compassion, safety, and innovation while overseeing the daily operations of the facility.
Key responsibilities include: Driving high-quality clinical care and lifestyle programs that exceed resident expectations Ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with accreditation standards Managing budgets and resources to support long-term sustainability Building strong community relationships to enhance occupancy and reputation About You You are an experienced Service manager with a background in residential aged care and have managed large teams of 170+ staff.
You have a strong understanding of aged care quality standards, incident investigation and complaints management.
