A rare and newly created role has arisen for an experienced and driven Childcare Billing Officer to join our growing teamThis position is a full-time position located in Robina.
About the role Respond to all email and phone support enquiries Contact families via phone or email to request payment for overdue accounts and investigation of account queries Entering billing information into Qikkids Debt collection Understanding and explaining family statements Checking for dishonored payments and advising families via CRMKeeping accurate tracking sheets of dishonored payments and payment plans Identifying and correcting family accounts where billing details are missing or invalid/incorrect Ensuring accounts are correct for fee payments and liaising with the account holder regarding any corrections/changes A little about you Experience in a similar role is highly desirable Knowledge of the childcare industry is desirable but not essential Highly motivated and can work independently as well as harmoniously in a team environment Experience with Qikkids desirable but not essential High level of customer service experience Strong interpersonal andrelationship building skills Negotiation and influencing skills Working Skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask What we can offer you Located in Robina allowing you to work close to homeFantastic career progression opportunities in an established and growing company An excellent team environmentAccess to novated vehicle leasing, enhancing your take-home payAccess to discounts from hundreds of well-known brands and retailers, including groceries, fuel, gyms, leisure and utilitiesOne-on-one ongoing training, support and professional development.
