The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive Project Director with an eye for detail and to join our Growth Team and explore regional opportunities that we have identified across the country.Ideally you will come from a Heavy Civil's background, hold significant Structures experience and understand how to deliver projects within a regional environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities Set project vision, values and behavioral standards.
Client and stakeholder management, including but not limited to contract negotiation, stakeholder meetings and dispute resolution.
Develop and lead the development of team including organisation structure, senior management recruitment and retention initiatives.
Set delivery strategies in consultation with corporate and senior site teams.
Support project and construction management and teams.
Manage the project risk and opportunities.
Ensure that the works are delivered in line with Martinus policies and procedures.
