Construction Manager

Conduct quality control inspections to verify the correct installation of piles and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Monitor and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project process, implementing appropriate corrective measures.
Lead a team consisting of PMs, PEs and other construction professionals.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
RequirementsA successful candidate will bring into the role:Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years of post-graduate experience in Project Management of construction projects.
Experience in general civil works like pavement, earthwork, and drainage.
Independent thinking and self-motivated Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Benefits An attractive salary package of $180k - $200k base + super + car (negotiable dependent on experience).
