As a Mystery Shopper, you'll play a vital role in helping businesses measure their customer service and identify areas for improvement.
No matter your background or current commitments, you can apply – there's no such thing as a typical Mystery Shopper.

Skills & Tech Needed:

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written English
Keen observation skills and a sharp memory
Access to a computer (or laptop/tablet), email, and reliable internet
A smartphone for capturing photos as proof of visit
Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively when things change
Strong ability to follow instructions, then ask for help when necessary

The Pay: At Above Benchmark, we're proud to offer the fastest Mystery Shopper payments in the country.
Payments are processed weekly directly into your nominated bank account.
Forget vouchers, freebies, or Pay Pal – we reimburse any required purchases and allow you to keep the product as an extra incentive.
Compensation varies for each survey, generally ranging from $20 to $65 for onsite visits and $15 to $30 for phone calls.
