Procurement Officer

The Position Troocoo are partnered with a growing travel organisation based near Brisbane Airport to recruit two Procurement Officers on a full-time, permanent basis, 5 days on site.

Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure alignment.

Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing with existing, pre-approved suppliers.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

Prepare and issue purchase orders to approved vendors.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.

Assist in resolving any procurement-related issues or discrepancies with suppliers.

Skills & Experience You will have seen success in your previous positions because of your strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Proven experience within a Purchasing or Procurement position.

Experience in purchasing engineering, mechanical-related parts and components is highly desirable.

Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data required.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team player with effective relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Must be able to be on-site 5-days per week.
