Your Role: At The a2 Milk Company, we've never been content with doing things the traditional way.
As we continue to grow across global markets, we're looking for an exceptional leader to step into the role of Head of Marketing – ANZ , guiding our brand, product, and innovation strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a key leadership position, based in Melbourne, with responsibility for the strategic and operational delivery of marketing across the ANZ region.
You'll lead a passionate, values-aligned team in shaping bold campaigns, launching innovative products, and telling stories that resonate with our consumers and communities.
Reporting to the Managing Director – ANZ, this role also plays a key part in our ANZ leadership team, contributing to broader commercial and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Define and lead the ANZ brand and marketing strategy, from vision to execution.
Deliver integrated consumer campaigns, innovation pipelines, and go-to-market strategies.
Oversee the end-to-end product innovation process in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Foster strong partnerships with Sales, S&OP, and Corporate Marketing to align on growth plans.
Develop and inspire a high-performing, inclusive marketing team.
Represent Marketing at ANZ leadership level, contributing to culture, planning, and business performance.

You are a visionary and collaborative marketing leader who brings clarity, energy, and strategic thinking.
You've led successful teams, built compelling brands, and know how to balance creativity with commercial results.
Your leadership style is authentic, inclusive, and empowering.
You'll also bring: Deep senior-level marketing experience in FMCG with strong ANZ retail knowledge.
A strong grasp of the full marketing mix: brand, digital, media, innovation, and customer.
Experience leading teams through complexity, change, and high-growth environments.
A consumer-led mindset, with a passion for connecting brands with purpose.
A track record of fostering inclusive teams and developing future leaders.
