The Team Describe Our Culture As Fast paced / rapidly changing / innovative Friendly and flexible Engaging and goal oriented Socially responsible Genuine and fair Clear vision, great leaders, great working environment Technologically advanced Diverse and authentic About The Role Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for building, deploying and optimising campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ad hoc campaigns.
The role supports the execution of customer lifecycle communications and will see you working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging, data-driven marketing experiences.
Key Responsibilities include Executing email and SMS campaigns across lifecycle stages using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Applying tagging, UTM tracking and testing methodologies.
Building and maintaining customer journeys, automations and triggered sends.
Assisting in the planning, setup, testing and deployment of email campaigns and automated journeys using Salesforce Marketing cloud or similar CRM tools.
Working with stakeholders to source and plan campaign content.
Assisting with light content writing, digital asset creation (e.g.
Canva), and scheduling.
Working closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to implement campaigns and lifecycle strategies across the customer journey.
About You Ideally, you will have 2+ years' experience in a similar role, in consumer finance, insurance, or technical industries.
You will be a motivated digital marketer with strong technical and organisational skills, looking to grow your experience in customer journey marketing and automation platforms.
Your Experience You will have proven hands-on experience executing end to end email and SMS marketing campaigns, from concept to deployment.
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Campaign or Braze.
Experience in analysing campaign performance, with experience in reporting, interpreting success metrics, and using insights to drive optimisation.
Familiarity with customer segmentation, lifecycle optimisation, and retention strategies, with a desire to deepen skills in data-driven campaign design.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages and Mobile Connect (desirable).
HTML, CSS, SQL or AMPScript knowledge (desirable).
Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects) (desirable).
Your Qualifications And Skills Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
Sound analytical thinking skills.
Ability to undertake multiple tasks, manage deadlines and prioritise as required.
Adaptability – able to understand drivers of change and respond effectively to changing constraints.
Proficient in Canva or similar tools for designing simple, on-brand email assets.
Degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
