As a Technical Consultant / Developer in our Operations team, you'll be responsible for the support and enhancement of our client's software programs and applications.
You'll work as part of a team and sometimes independently.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being on the client site at least 2 x days a week.
You Will Play a Role In Technical support of Dynamics 365 CE and Portals Writing code Testing and analyzing of systems Working in an agile sprint environment on a client site Your Profile Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform - specifically Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and customer Portals Strong experience with customization, configuration, development in D365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Expertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports and dashboards Knowledge of data integration and system integration using API's, RESTful services and other methods Knowledge of working in agile sprints What You'll Love About Working Here We recognise the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
