Structural Lead & QLD State Manager Location: Brisbane QLDSalary:$230.000 - $250,000 Roster: Office hours 8am - 5pm Key Benefit: Lead major QLD infrastructure and D&C projects Key Essential Qualification: Structural/Civil Engineering degree CPEng and/or RPEQRole Opportunity Manage and grow the structural engineering function in Queensland, delivering high-profile D&C projects in commercial, health, defence, and infrastructure.
Lead a multidisciplinary team while collaborating with developers and contractors.
Drive project outcomes, develop client relationships, and shape market strategy in partnership with NSW leadership.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Structural/Civil Engineering degree
• CPEng/RPEQ or ability to obtain
• 10+ years building structures experience
• Design Engineering background Open to Tier 1 & 2 consultants
• Strong D&C and contractor collaboration Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead structural design and project delivery
• Mentor and grow a 6-person team
• Engage key clients and market stakeholders
• Support BD with NSW in shared bids
