Construction Manager | Insurance Builder Industry: Home Building Salary / Rate: AU$140,000 - AU$170,000 per annum + super + vehicle + extras Type: Full Time Attractive Salary Package plus Company Vehicle Construction Management Opportunity Reputable Insurance Builder An established and growing insurance builder is seeking a Construction Manager / Lead to oversee residential insurance repair claims across NSW and ACT.
You'll be responsible for leading a team of Site Supervisors and Project Coordinators, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Our client is a well-established construction company based in Sydney, specializing in insurance building and remedial works across NSW, QLD, and VIC.
The company is led by a leadership team with over 30 years of industry experience.
They offer a comprehensive range of services, including insurance repairs, commercial maintenance, and high-end residential developments.
With a dedicated workforce of over 250 employees and subcontractors, the company is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
They are also actively involved in community support and maintain strong industry affiliations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of Site Supervisors across multiple regions.
Oversee large loss insurance repairs and liaise with loss adjusters.
Monitor KPIs, drive project outcomes, and manage monthly invoicing targets.
Attend sites weekly to review progress and meet with Supervisors.
Collaborate with Estimating, Finance, and interstate teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Manage documentation and reporting to maintain compliance and quality standards.
Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings.
About the Role: Trade qualified with strong experience in insurance construction.
Previous experience managing a team within an Insurance Builder environment.
Proven ability to lead Supervisors / Assessors and manage large loss repair projects.
Confident, well-presented, and commercially astute.
Willingness to travel weekly for site visits.
Salary package up to $170k + superannuation + vehicle, dependent on experience.
