As the Hospital Coordinator, your responsibilities will include : Supervising safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards Supporting and liaising with Visiting Medical Officers, Hospital Executive, and Nurse Unit Managers of wards and departments Ensuring all areas are staffed appropriately and cost-efficiently Coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers Overseeing the safety of all patients and hospital staff Providing overarching management to the hospital after hours Essential Criteria :5 years of Registered Nursing Mental Health experience in an acute setting Recent inpatient mental health management experience at ANUM level or higher Demonstrated experience with staff coordination and allocation High degree of computer literacy including MS Office Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills People leadership skills including mentorship and coaching Ability to manage special projects and portfolios Post Graduate Qualification in a mental health related discipline or management (desired)Knowledge of relevant Awards and Enterprise Agreements (desired)Why Healthscope?We care about your career at Healthscope.
