As a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Senior & Executive HR Professionals Lead wellbeing, diversity & inclusion programs on an initial 5-6 month contract, driving cultural impact and engagement globally.
Up to $200 K circa.
p.a.5 days or 4 days per week - hybrid work from home Our client is a well-known, market leading, purpose-led organisation with a multinational workforce, including both blue and white collar employees.
This is an initial 5-6 months contract, requiring an immediate start.
Located in Sydney CBD with hybrid working options.
This role is primarily five days per week, but can be flexible at 4 days per week for the right candidate.
About the Role As Manager, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing, you will play a pivotal role in advancing organisational culture by delivering holistic wellbeing programs, strengthening inclusion initiatives, and promoting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging through internal communications and campaigns.
This is a visible and influential role within the People & Culture team, reporting to the Chief People Officer.
You will engage with senior leadership, cross-functional steering groups, and regional representatives globally.
You will be responsible for shaping and amplifying key initiatives, tailoring them across markets while maintaining a unified employee experience.
The role also involves strong campaign management, particularly with community and external partners, to implement impact-driven programs suited to regional needs.
About You To be successful, you will bring: Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, preferably from within HR teams, with experience leading D&I programs across multinational contexts.
HR Generalists with significant experience in end-to-end strategic and operational D&I initiatives are encouraged to apply.
Strong experience in designing and delivering holistic wellbeing programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Ability to operate across diverse white and blue collar business units.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at executive levels.
Proven capability in internal communications and project management.
Experience in measuring program impact through metrics and reporting.
A commercial mindset combined with a passion for purpose-led leadership and cultural impact.
