What We Offer Competitive Base + performance bonuses$5,000 annual professional development fund Weekly in-house PD + external training opportunities1 : 1 mentoring in leadership, advanced clinical skills & business development Clear and supported pathways for career progression Your Key Responsibilities : Manage and lead a diverse clinical caseload Mentor and support junior physios and student placements Deliver Clinical Pilates and functional rehab sessions Build strong relationships with GPs, specialists, and community stakeholders Contribute to internal PD, training sessions, and ongoing service improvement Help shape a positive and collaborative team culture What You'll Need AHPRA registration (unrestricted)5+ years of experience in private practice or similar Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Valid working rights in Australia, driver's license & vehicle Passion for innovation, community impact, and clinical excellence Bonus : Women's Health training or postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.
