Senior Structural Engineer

About the Role
  • Develop detailed structural designs for residential projects.
  • Perform analysis and design solutions for a diverse range of clients and their needs.
  • Identify and resolve engineering challenges in a timely manner.
  • Maintain close communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion.
  • Ensure standards and compliance with Australian Standards and council standards.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of structural designs for residential projects.
  2. Provide technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions across various projects.
  3. Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve engineering challenges.
  4. Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
  5. Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in all projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential structural engineering, preferably in a senior role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with high-profile clients.
  • A valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights are essential.
