Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support/administration for multiple client environments.
Perform troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, resolution, or escalate to specialist teams.
Conduct periodic onsite visits to client sites.
Provide continual improvement recommendations.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date.
Key Requirements: Prior MSP experience is favorable but not essential—Windows, AD, O365, Azure, Outlook/Exchange, VMWare/Hyper V, Citrix, Intune, Backup & DR, Networking.
Networking experience is favorable.
Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools.
Availability to go onsite and be hands-on in Sydney.
Tertiary IT qualifications or industry certifications are favorable but not essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—written and verbal.
A friendly, positive, customer-driven attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Team player willing to contribute and support team efforts.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
