About The Role We seek a motivated leader to manage our inbound Sales team in Australia, focusing on high performance, engagement, and scalability while achieving sales targets.
Mission : Lead the inbound Sales team in AU to enable high performance, engagement, and scalability, while closing new clients and owning targets.
Outcomes : Increase lead conversion rate by +20% and average order value by +30%, ensure all account executives meet performance thresholds monthly, and improve lead management, pitch framework, and team coaching.
Responsibilities : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing feedback and coaching on pitching skills and enforcing frameworks.
Monitor performance daily, weekly, and monthly to identify gaps and implement improvements.
Maintain a clear sales pipeline in Hub Spot, ensure accurate reporting, and leverage AI for automation.
Own sales performance reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting with support from Data & CRM teams.
Personally handle higher-value leads (~20% of time) to achieve top CVR & AOV benchmarks.
Identify and share opportunities for pricing, packaging, and upselling.
Provide feedback to Marketing to improve lead quality.
Manage the sales commission process to ensure fairness and effectiveness.
Requirements : Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Australia as an individual contributor and at least 3 years managing sales teams.
Recent inbound sales experience in B2 B, Saa S, or similar services is preferred.
Candidates should have held their last two roles for at least 18 months, be based in or near Sydney, and be native English speakers within the greater Sydney area.
Behavioral attributes include ownership, humility, structured thinking, active listening, data-driven decision making, and the ability to handle tough conversations positively.
Interview Process Includes an introductory call, meetings with senior leadership, reference checks, and background screening, expected to last no more than 3 weeks.
