Digital Analytics Specialist

The role involves gathering business requirements, auditing Adobe Launch and Analytics platforms to identify gaps, providing recommendations, developing implementation plans, and revamping implementations to improve data collection processes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of scalable digital data analytics architecture, ensuring seamless data collection and integration.
Establish and oversee analytics governance, including standardizing data definitions and tagging practices, while ensuring data privacy and compliance across digital platforms.
Define clear objectives, plan activities and projects proactively, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Essential Skills and Experience: Expertise in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics tools.
Solid understanding of tag management, data layers, best practices, and scalable implementations.
Proficiency in Java Script.
Experience working directly with developers on implementing analytics solutions.
Experience in optimization programs aimed at improving onsite conversion rates.
Experience with online marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, SEM, Display, and Social media.
Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target (preferred).
A creative mindset, adaptable, and able to think outside the box.
