This role is ideal for a professional with strong project administration and coordination skills, who enjoys supporting the successful delivery of significant government projects in a collaborative environment.
Role: AO5 Project Advisor Responsibilities Provide high-level project and administrative support to the Manager and project team Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions and decisions Support risk and issue management, including the development of mitigation strategies Assist with tender and procurement processes Manage project documentation, reporting, and quality assurance activities Prepare briefing notes, reports, and submissions Undertake data analysis and project performance reporting Support project health checks, contractor surveillance, and compliance monitoring Provide oversight and support to project support staff when required Ensure project activities align with departmental policies, guidelines, and standards About You / Qualifications Demonstrated experience in project coordination or administration within complex environments Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence in liaising with a range of stakeholders to achieve outcomes Previous government or large project experience (highly regarded)Benefits Contract security until September 2028 Flexible working arrangements (WFH options available)Opportunity to support significant state-wide projects
