Overarching responsibilities Along with the National Sales Director, develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximise off-the-plan luxury apartment sales.
Generating project sales through channel groups and retail.
Provide sales and leadership guidance and expertise to the team.
As a subject matter expert, work closely to build the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of your team members.
Partner and collaborate with various departments including Marketing, internal Architecture and Design, Construction and Development teams on how to best position our projects and create a seamless sales experience.
Develop and manage overseas selling campaigns, understanding the cultural differences between local and overseas buyers.
Demonstrate your personal sales craft in our state-of-the-art, experiential display suite in Cremorne – we call this, leading from the front.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and key industry partners.
Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market to position our properties as best-in-class.
Provide reports on sales metrics and performance indicators to showcase how each promotion is tracking against expectations.
Education Cert IV in Real Estate Practice (VIC) / (QLD) and/or Completion of related certificate or degree.
