This casual position requires a team player who is highly organised with an excellent telephone manner and one who prides themselves on accuracy and attention to detail in their daily work.
The key responsibilities include:- Answering phone enquiries and offering assistance to guests in a professional and timely manner.- Ensuring all booking enquiry and leads are actioned and maintained in the system.- Answering guests emails and agent reservation emails- Managing the reservations system and checking all booking information- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, owners and suppliers- Dealing professionally with guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
The ideal candidate will:
Be professional and have a positive attitude
Have strong time management skills and attention to detail
Have exceptional customer service skills
Have confidence in working autonomously
Availability for weekend and public holiday work is a MUST
Experience with REI Master/Cloud or another PMS is an advantage
Understanding of strata titled properties would be an advantage
Resort experience preferred
What we will offer you:

Approximately 15 - 25 hours per week

Great working hours- Mon to Fri 830am to 5pm, Sat 830am to 3pm and Sun 830am to 1pm
