We're now searching for an Account Director to join our Australian team who has an interest in working with brands that are pushing boundaries.
The role you'll play As an Account Director you'll provide high quality strategic communications counsel, develop audience-first strategies and lead teams of ambitious go-getters to execute integrated campaigns and secure results.
You'll also get involved with agency projects, help grow the business and expand our services, all while acting as an agency ambassador.
In return, you'll be working with some of the most exciting and innovative brands who are truly disrupting traditional industries, have purpose-driven missions, and are looking to shake things up.
To be successful in securing this role, you will need to:7+ years of public relations experience, with a specialism working with start-up/ scale up technology clients.
Integrated work where you've overseen or directly executed not only PR but influencer/creator, social, content or more is a plus.
Experience leading and overseeing integrated public relations account teams.
From setting strategies, to managing budgets, providing strategic counsel to clients, and assessing outcomes Have proven team leadership, people management, and mentor skills Experience in managing accounts and client needs on a day-to-day basis Be capable of driving strategy, have strong critical thinking skills, and a sense of creativity for a number of public relations campaigns/accounts, ensuring satisfaction across your client portfolio Be able to develop scopes of work and budgets, manage service levels with meeting deliverables, while keeping teams engaged and motivated Want to know more?Here's a taste of Sling & Stone: We're a global team of 90+ spanning Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States delivering truly global campaigns We've won multiple best place to work awards, including the 2023 PRWeek Best Place to Work APAC and the 2022 PRWeek Best Culture of the Year APAC, as well as #2 in the 2023 PRovoke Best Agencies To Work For APAC.
