The Growth and Development Coordinator organises and implements the day-to-day operations of gymnastics coach, judge and club education and engagement in Victoria. This role is supported by the General Manager Growth and Development.

The Growth and Development team at Gymnastics Victoria works in close partnership with Gymnastics Australia and a team of local presenters and assessors to deliver a national coach and judge training and accreditation programs. The team also implements a series of regional and state-based professional development programs and online webinars for clubs and the Victorian gymnastics workforce.

Gymnastics Victoria services over 100 member clubs that collectively employ a professional workforce of more than 2500 coaches, administrators, and officials. As the backbone of gymnastics in Victoria, our clubs and workforce depend on us to deliver contemporary and high-quality education and training programs. These programs help to ensure that gymnasts participating in a member club are supported by professionals who have the necessary accreditation, skills, and knowledge to guide them safely and effectively through their gymnastics journey.

This position is offered as a full time position. The successful candidate will occasionally be required to work evenings and weekends and travel to events around the state. We invite appropriately qualified candidates to apply and offer the following to successful applicants:
