Position Overview

They are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordintor to join Theur team. The ideal candidate will coordinate and execute our marketing strategies, fostering relationships and managing events that align with our company values. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for marketing and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities

Arrange B2B meetings in collaboration with the marketing team and project leaders.Optionally attend B2B meetings to network with guests.Follow up communications, record relevant information in CRM, and report back to the business/marketing team.Manage all state client parties, including budgeting and invoicing.Handle vendor management, pre-event briefings, and post-event reports.Manage related communications, including LinkedIn and campaign monitor.Coordinate and create project news and LinkedIn posts.Write articles and associated social media posts for approval.Conduct regular competitor analysis via quarterly reports.Inform the marketing team's response on tenders, website, and external collateral.Coordinate the internal newsletter, including sourcing assets and timely distribution.
QualificationsProven experience in a similar marketing role.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
