The role types we are currently looking for include:

Accounts Payable:

Handle the receipt and processing of invoices from vendors and suppliersPrepare payment batches based on approved invoices and payment schedulesEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements in all accounts payable processesReconcile end-of-month accounts Accounts Receivable: Manage debt control using automated AR reminder systemsCall clients to organise payment plansRaising customer invoices, claims, and statementsReconcile and report on end-of-month debtor status Payroll officers: Handle staff timesheets and payrollPrepare monthly forecastsRespond to payroll queries related to timesheetsEnsure accurate and timely payment for all employees.
