We have an opening for a highly skilled UAT/BVT Tester to join our government client's ICT division. The role is focused on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Verification Testing (BVT) as part of Production releases. System changes will follow a waterfall or agile approach, depending on the nature of the project.

As a UAT/BVT Tester, you will required to:

Draft business requirements and future state processes to draft test scripts for changes to the systems.Undertake functional testing and Business Verification testing.Allocate test scripts, monitor test execution and document results in the test summary report.Co-ordinate re-tests of system defects.Provide test assistance to project managers.
The successful candidate must have:

Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and identify business requirement and future state processes to draft test scripts for changes to systems.Demonstrated ability to undertake functional testing as part of UAT and BVT testing.Demonstrated ability to liaise with business areas ensure appropriate test coverage based on functional requirements.Demonstrated experience in the creation of quality structured test scenarios and test scripts.Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Test Life Cycle Methodology.Demonstrated ability to manage defects through ALM.
