What you'll do:

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive IT support across the organisation. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing desktops, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth user management. You'll also contribute valuable ideas, collaborate effectively with your team members, and work diligently towards achieving IT project objectives. Additionally, you'll provide on-call support when necessary and document processes and procedures as required.

  • Provide global desktop support to all employees
  • Manage desktops which includes software and hardware deployment and re-imaging computers
  • Manage users by assigning permissions and privileges, creating and deactivating accounts
  • Contribute ideas, execute assigned responsibilities, collaborate with team members, and work towards achieving IT project objectives
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues while coordinating repairs or replacements
  • Document processes and procedures as needed

What you bring:

The ideal Service Desk Analyst will bring at least two years of experience in a similar role. She will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate a genuine passion for customer service. Her ability to investigate hardware and software issues effectively, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions will be key to her success in this role. Experience with various technologies such as Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Active Directory, remote support & cloud technologies is essential. Furthermore, she should be able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage her time efficiently.
