Who do we need on the team, and what will you be doing?

Till is rapidly growing domestically and globally, and we need a full-time experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will play a key role within the financial planning & analysis team of Till Payments to support both finance and department stakeholders across the business with a range of financial modelling, financial forecasting, reporting and analysis both locally and globally.

No two days in a high growth scale up are the same, but these will be your key responsibilities:


• Finance business partner with regional and operations stakeholders to understand revenue and cost drivers and provide inputs to drive commercial and operational decision making


• Analyse and report actual financial and non-financial KPI performance against budget/ forecast


• Working closely with cost centre owners to develop and monitor budget and forecasts including revenue, expenses and headcount


• Be able to own and maintain regional and group 3-way financial forecast models (P&L, BS and cashflow), including monthly rolling forecast


• Preparation of performance reports and presentations for internal & external stakeholders


• Management of our FP&A system "Board"


• Develop and continuously improve planning and reporting systems, processes and workflow

Who are you, and what experience will you bring?


• A high degree of commercial acumen


• At least 5+ years FP&A experience, complemented with a degree in accounting or a related area, and full CA/CPA qualification


• Financial modelling experience in building 3-way financial models


• Prior experience in a high growth or complex industry with a global footprint. Payment industry experience is advantageous - although without this, you should demonstrate an ability to learn quickly


• Demonstrated problem solving skills in navigating through ambiguity and complexity


• Strong data analysis skills to handle large amount of information.


• Experienced using enterprise planning and reporting software such as Board or TM1


• Great written and verbal communication skills. You can easily explain financial matters to non-finance staff


• Excellent attention to detail - nothing gets past you


• Time management and prioritising skills, so you never miss a deadline.
