Depending on your experience Flexi Parts have many areas to apply your skills and we are always seeking good people to upskill.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager of Flexi Parts & Mining Services, the Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the management of the Store, providing supervision to a team of people to ensure safety and quality of work is of the highest standard, whilst ensuring effective work order management and store performance to achieve business targets of productivity and compliance to Caterpillar, Customer and WesTrac requirements.

Location: Flexi Parts - Perth Airport - WesTrac's Brand New Facility

Roster: 5 Days 2 Off Monday to Friday 10.5hrs

To be successful the following is required:
  • Trade certificate with years post trade experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Intermediate Computer Literacy Skills (including MS Office Suite)
  • Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
  • Highly developed attention to detail
