St Andrews Beach Brewery is situated on a 92-acre property formally known as 'Markdel'. Our story dates back to the early 2000's, when the Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. In 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. The Position:

  • Lead the charge in developing new, trendy pizza creations that excite and satisfy modern palates.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth flow of orders during bustling service hours.

The Person:

  • Enthusiastic about creating and innovating with pizza recipes, staying updated with trends in the culinary world.
  • Able to bring new flavours and concepts to traditional dishes, experimenting with fresh ingredients and unique combinations.
  • Specialising in pizza-making or Italian cuisine, with a strong understanding of dough preparation, baking techniques, and flavour profiles.
