Who are we?

Location:
Hunter Valley, Australia

We are currently seeking a highly skilled SMP Supervisor to join our team at the Hunter Valley site. As an SMP Supervisor, you will have the option of fly or drive in/out arrangements.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the daily activities of work crews.

Working closely with the project Senior Supervisor and Superintendents, your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality, production, and environmental requirements.


Experience and Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a trade-based Supervisor in the mining industry.
  • An Australian recognized Trades Metal qualification.
  • Proven expertise in effective planning, scheduling, and managing personnel, resources, and equipment to meet project requirements.
  • Proficient user of MS Office Suite to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • A strong track record in implementing effective health and safety management practices on site.
  • A deep commitment to ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
