Purpose:


• To assist in activities within the Service Department of Ingenico

Areas of Responsibility:

• Unpacking of pallets back from the field and sorting devices into tubs

ready for scanning

• Scanning in of devices from tubs into CAMS

• Packing devices into boxes, labelling them and then storing in

warehouse pallet locations

• Sorting and packing powerpacks for testing, boxing up, weighing, adding

weighted quantities to PIM's sheet, labelling and storing in warehouse

pallet locations

• Scanning in pallets of RMA's via IRP

• Managing any discrepancies and communicating to stake holders

• Repair Services tasks such as screening, Level 1 and cleaning

• Logistics Services tasks suchs as receiving and despatch

• Act in accordance with relevant Workers Health and Safety legislation

and the company's WH&S policy

• Act in accordance with relevant Environmental legislation and the

company's Environmental policy

the task at hand and as directed by the company

Competencies:

• Communication skills to interact within Ingenico and to external customers

Skills:

• Basic IT experience

• Excellent organisational skills

Experience:

• Experience in a Level 1 tetsing / warehousing / distribution / logistics

environment

• Meet KPIs

Qualification:


• Relevant tertiary qualification, or

• Warehouse and/or technical service centre experience
