Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join our growing APAC team. This new role will be primarily responsible for cash reporting and operation initiatives across APAC countries. Direct reports to Head of APAC Treasury, as part of Global Treasury team headquartering in US

Responsibilities:

Cash Reporting and Forecasting
-Review daily and monthly schedules, timeline and other deliverables prepared by offshore team
-Review cash reporting and identify the liquidity needs both short term and long term
-Support to initiate/coordinate funding request in timely manner. Rest assure the adequacy of funds meeting business deadlines
-Prepare periodical and ad hoc reports as required
-Proactively working with offshore team for process improvements on an ongoing basis
-Ability to assist modelling cash forecasting utilising Kyriba

Treasury Operations and Cross-Divisional Payments
-Manage daily cash positioning, payment request review & processing and daily investments
-Research and respond to various inquiries from business units regarding cash & payment related matters
-Maintain and update standard operating procedures for treasury activities
-Monitor and manage group payment mailboxes
-Assist with the daily corporate cash management activities
-Support other treasury functions as needed

Treasury Management System (Kyriba)
-Utilize Kyriba BI tools to provide global business performance analysis across multiple business units
-Update in Kyriba with rules and budget codes to automate cash reporting & reconciliation
-Maintain static data in Kyriba and other related files
-Manage multilateral Netting utilising Kyriba
-Maintain money market investments in Kyriba

Bank Administration Tasks
-Prepare documentation for opening, closing or maintaining bank accounts
-Maintain authorised signatories on bank accounts
-Coordinate to manage transactions and service modifications
-Maintain strong relationships with our external treasury banking partners
-Maintain knowledge of current market trends, currency fluctuations, currency restrictions and country regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
  • CPA/CA/CFA is a plus
  • 3-5 years' experience working in corporate treasury, accounts payable, bank accounting or similar role for large firm or shared service center
  • Experience with Treasury Management System (Kyriba) or other similar TMS
  • Multilingual highly desirable
