Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in a bustling heavy industrial environment? The team is seeking a dedicated individual to provide a high level of administrative support while seamlessly coordinating heavy vehicle logistics.
Admin Responsibilities & logistics and Coordination:
Learn and apply heavy vehicle industry rules and safety measures through training.Use a weighbridge to accurately record trip details.Enter equipment and vehicle data accurately using Google Sheets and MS Excel.Conduct safety orientations for visitors.Ensure compliance with weight and load regulations.Be the main contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent service by phone and in person.Manage financial tasks using SAP software, such as purchase orders and invoicing.
