Key responsibilities
  • Secure Opportunity Pipeline Management for the defined (set of) Customers.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy of the Customer by directly engaging and partnering with the "Customers" Supply Chain.
  • Supporting the Key Account Managers in preparation of the Strategic Account Plans and Customer roadmaps for the defined accounts.
  • Working closely with the Key Account Managers/Commercial Director to ensure that our Strategic accounts Service levels PI's on New Products, Existing products, Innovation pipeline and Commercialization.
  • Point of contact for key defined accounts to manage information flowing back into the organization, and a coordinator of information flowing from Kerry to the external teams and accounts.
  • Build intimate customer knowledge of customers organization and product range to spot opportunity for Kerry on price, product, technology and innovation.
  • Manage communication flow for the defined Customer internally within Kerry to functional teams such as Supply Chain, RD&A, Regulatory, Commercial Finance and Customer Service.
  • Scheduling & preparation for weekly team meetings and bi-weekly pipeline meetings.
  • Attend appropriate Stage gate, Dashboard, Planning, Forecasting and EUM (End Use Market) meetings to provide the business leaders updates on key projects and represent the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by ensuring that CRM contacts, project updates, close dates are up to date and information is provided by the sales team on a timely manner.
  • Preparation, circulation and continuous improvement of presentations & reports for the key meetings.
  • Work on Customer Engagements (Chef works etc.) with marketing & culinary teams to ensure customer visits are at the highest level for the identified Customers.
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years relevant working experience (Commercial or Operations professional) in a complex, multi-national organization preferably in the Flavour House or Food Ingredients.
  • Solid understanding of the commercial and operations business management practices and procedures with hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement and coordination work.
  • Great Project management skills and organized structured approach.
  • Good understanding of food and beverage industry will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable managing both internal and external relationships that incudes Commercial/Sales team, General Management, Customers, and other stake holders of different cultures
  • Hands-on experience operating in a highly matrixed organization, exhibiting ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a wider team.
