About the Role

The National Sales Execution Manager is a key position within the SunRice Group, responsible for driving excellence in availability, distribution, and display. This role will intellectually stimulate you, working with an incredible brand that is disrupting the market.

The National Sales Execution Manager is responsible for developing and setting specific targets for retail execution, including availability, display execution, field agency management, and KPIs in key retail partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating targets and plans across customer leads to ensure effective implementation of activation plans and identifying strategies to grow distribution and sales across channels.
  • Supporting the development of new product development via customer-led solutions generated through meetings and ideation sessions with key accounts, in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Driving penetration and growth of the SunRice portfolio in current and new customers.
  • Ensuring SunRice has adequate stock availability during key selling periods and major events.
  • Driving accountability and performance culture across 3rd party field providers.
  • Gaining new line distribution in line with national expectations and speed to market.
About You

You have a tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline, with a natural problem-solving ability and a passion for digging into problems to find opportunities. You also have:

  • A detailed understanding of the ANZ marketplace and key customers.
  • A demonstrated track record of sales success and growing customer bases through the acquisition of new customers/business, and the ability to identify new product opportunities and bring them to market.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in driving results with a team, being process-oriented, and working in an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Ideally, you have experience within the FMCG industry.
