Student Engagement Officer

We are looking for Student Engagement Officers who will be in charge of coordinating services for parents and school-aged students identified as disengaged from school. The main goal is to help them get back into education, training, or another suitable option.

The Student Engagement Team is responsible for the implementation and management of a range of Australian and Northern Territory Government initiatives, focused on student attendance and engagement in schooling or other eligible options, leading to improved school enrolment and attendance rates in the Northern Territory.

The Student Support Officer provides high level efficient and effective day to day delivery of student support for the Nhulunbuy High School Boarding facility including providing administrative and program support, supervising and working with students and their families/carers, providing transport and organising and supervising recreational activities.
