Position Overview:

Primary goal of this role is to oversee the logistics processes and operational flows for smooth service delivery and continuous enhancement.

Secondary goal involves monitoring inventory for customers and contributing to order management as part of a cohesive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations at our 3PL/4PL warehouses to ensure excellent service and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee billing and sales order processing to guarantee accurate client invoices.
  • Maintain financial control during order processing to prevent revenue leakages.
  • Address exceptions and inquiries from sales teams, customers, and tender teams for specialized orders.
  • Generate management reports to identify operating performance indicators.
  • Coordinate import and export processes with partner freight forwarders for smooth inventory movement.
  • Align logistics providers with supply chain strategies for efficient distribution.
  • Set up SAP logistics parameters accurately.
  • Keep SOPs and WI's up-to-date in compliance with certification requirements.
  • Collaborate on planning activities such as S&OP and Demand Planning.
  • Support the strategic development of the distribution network.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and pricing.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform assigned duties.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain areas.
  • Hands-on experience in supply chain roles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and SAP transactions.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and BI tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Resourceful and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • IT/systems skills required.
  • Soft skills essential for role success.
