We are looking for our next generation of Supply Chain Coordinator. This role will play an integral part of our paper manufacturing supply chain.

By acting as the conduit between our manufacturing business and the customers, you will provide ongoing support in the areas of order management, demand planning, and logistics management.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

  • Develop Customer Specific KPI data and maintain regular contact and review with customers.
  • Respond to all customer queries regarding products, price and delivery.
  • Manage customer complaints and credits.
  • Communication of potential stockout issues to Supply Chain Team.
  • Collate, review and load all customer demand forecasts.
  • Generate inventory replenishments; closely monitor consumption and forecasts to identify any issues.
  • Set priorities for customer supply and escalate issues internally and externally.

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;

  • Minimum 5 years in a Supply Chain or Customer Service role preferably in a manufacturing business.
  • Qualification in Supply Chain or Business Admin (or other relevant area).
  • A strong sense of selfdrive and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Previous experience working with LEAN manufacturing principals and best practice problem solving methodology (Kepner/5Whys/Fishbone) etc will be highly regarded.
