About the Role

We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Guest Service Concierge


As the Guest Service Concierge, you're the friendly face and guardian of the BOQ client floor, working closely with the Front of House Manager to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.

From warmly welcoming clients, guests, and employees to assisting with luggage, providing transportation guidance, and offering refreshing beverages, your role is all about creating a top-notch guest experience.

Whether it's registering external visitors or sharing local event tips, you're dedicated to upholding the highest service standards while maximizing efficiency and productivity.


A few of your key responsibilities include assisting guests to meeting rooms, issuing temporary passes, and managing meeting room requests.

Other duties involve handling mail and courier parcels, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of client spaces, and setting up meeting rooms.

About you

We are currently seeking an individual with outstanding communication skills.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision whilst also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

You will be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, both in-person and over the phone, demonstrating strong attention to detail, consistently completing tasks in a timely manner.

Previous experience in customer service, concierge services, or catering is highly valued, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
