We are working with our valued client located in the southern suburbs to source long term candidates who are passionate about working for a successful Australian manufacturing company. Are you mechanically minded with experience working in manufacturing and production? Have you considered becoming a machine operator or getting a forklift license? Looking for a career change? Multiple Day Shift and Afternoon Shift opportunities available with immediate start.

Experience that would be beneficial

Prior experience in a similar machine operator or production worker role. Alternatively, skills such as the following are transferable;

Hand and power tool experienceAssembly line experienceWarehouse Picking and packing Machine operation Forklift licence What you will be doing: Operating carpet manufacturing machinery.Loading and unloading material on carpet machinery.Processing of data in relevant systems.Moving material with a forklift.Quality control of carpet.Participate in regular training. Share experiences and cross-train other team members.Participate in regular operations sessions and contribute in a productive manner.As required, actively contribute to the continuous improvement, eliminating waste and development of the business.
