About the Opportunity
This role is a 12 month contract based opportunity with a high chance of renewal. A flexible, hybrid work environment ensures a great work-life balance - this is a Geelong based position and requires some time spent in office. This is a full time position open to Australian Citizens only.
About the Role
The Service Design and Improvement Branch is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve internal service delivery processes and systems to provide better experiences for participants. The branch aims to improve the participant experience by identifying process improvements, then designing and delivering solutions to make improvements.
Responsibilities
Maintaining Service Design and Improvement (SDI) confluence and intranet page updates.Supporting artefacts development and maintenance.Maintaining the resource suite.Supporting Capabilities Design and Improvement Branch with confluence set-up and artefact development.Providing ad-hoc support to individual squads and teams.Requirement
