Provides support to customers, salespeople and field service personnel of instrument installations, demonstrations, ongoing education, technical and application related queries. Assist in development, implementation and coordination of training programs. Supports the sales team in achieving goals related to sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to and consistently provide highest level of customer service and support at different customer sites.
  • Provides training and customer support on instrument installations and upgrades.
  • Develops, implements and coordinates training programs and customer workshops.
  • Provides training to internal staff related to new products and employee education.
  • Assists with instrument evaluations in the interpretation of results, instrument performance and report generation.
  • Performs and assists with sales demonstrations. Provides customer information and support during sales process.
  • Provides application and diagnostic support to the Field Service Department
  • Schedules pro-active customer visits to improve customer satisfaction
  • Organises and supports User Group Meetings.
  • Provides feedback on market developments and customer needs/requirements to the sales team and assists in implementation of account development plans.
  • Be available to travel at, as required, short notice locally, state-wide and interstate. Occasional international travel will also be required.
  • Work as part of a diverse team and be willing to contribute to the wider team and organisational goals on continual basis.
  • Attend training as required in the role.
  • Other projects or activities as required by the position.
