We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to support our Clinical Diagnostics Group (CDG), based in Sydney.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and compiling complex reports to support the Clinical Diagnostics Business, with a focus on Bio-Rad's Quality Control System Division (QSD). You will work closely with the Sales Team and various departments such as, order management, customer service, marketing, supply chain, logistics, inventory and planning.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Efficiently manage and process large amounts of data with meticulous attention to detail, performing data calculations/automation.
  • Maintain and update inventory and planning reports to provide timely information to customers. Use SAP reports to review and update orders as necessary.
  • Analyse customers' historical usage data and review monthly reserve reports to determine allocations and likely quantities needed for upcoming lot releases.
  • Contribute to minimising overall scrap and doubtful inventory by effectively managing stock.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries from internal customers and internal orders using advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.

What You Bring:

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Functional knowledge of SAP is advantageous
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred
  • Minimum 2 years customer support experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with confidence in formulas and functions
  • SAP knowledge
  • Other Microsoft Office applications
