About the Role

  • Responsible for organizing all event documentation and coordinating with Sales, various property departments, and clients to ensure a consistently high level of service throughout all phases of property events.
  • Specializing in events of moderate complexity, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to service and back to sales.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling and offering enhancements to deliver exceptional events.
