Service Sales Engineer - Robotics

Your responsibilities
  • Implementing the Service Sales Strategy in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager
  • Developing a robust sales pipeline and promoting ABB Service options and solutions to benefit customers and ABB
  • Selling products, upgrades, and life cycle services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Attending meetings, webinars, and internal trainings to enhance knowledge of ABB Robotic Service portfolio
  • Handling queries, objections, and negotiations with industry knowledge to drive positive outcomes
  • Reporting all activities transparently and maintaining necessary records and reports
Your background
  • Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Over 3 years of experience in Service Sales
  • Experience in Value Based Selling would be advantageous
  • Robotic experience will be highly valued
  • Demonstrated positive Service Sales outcomes and a proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in SAP, SFDC, and Microsoft Office suites
  • Excellent Communication Skills
