About The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering multiple functions related to the delivery of capital works, refurbishments of residential houses, heating and cooling projects across rural and remote areas of NSW.

This will include:

Manage external consultants and contractors engaged directly, providing expert advice and guidance to inform decision making.Program manage multiple packages of work across the portfolio which includes, budget control, timeframes, quality and coordinate program implementation including coordination of stakeholders, MS Projects, writing minutes, reporting and preparing regular reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.Assisting the team with advice and support for the overall maintenance of properties. About the ideal candidate: You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally with have the following: Experience in running residential/community housing projectsClient side construction project management experienceMust have a NSW White card, valid drivers licence, have a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one.Be willing to travel to remote areas of NSW on short notice ** Please note this is a CONSTRUCTION role** What's in it for you?
