Our client, a large and growing technology specialist, is seeking a motivated and experienced project manager to join their team during one of their busiest periods at their office based near Parramatta.

As the audio-visual project manager, you will oversee all aspects of design development, pricing, procurement, resourcing, and timeline management from project inception through completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tender documentation and perform tender analysis.
  • Address technical and logistical challenges.
  • Schedule and coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Serve as the main customer contact.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations.
  • Perform site visits during the pre-planning phase.
  • Set invoicing schedules and coordinate with the Accounts Team.
  • Review project designs and submit to the CAD department.
  • Raise and place purchase orders with suppliers and trades.
  • Assist Accounts team with project forecasting and reporting.
  • Oversee stock procurement and inventory control.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Travel to different sites as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
  • Construction/building knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software (Asana) is desirable.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
